The Journey

Talitha was not born from an idea. It was born from a journey. Growing up, I experienced seasons of deep pain — childhood trauma, rejection, emotional neglect, manipulation, betrayal, and loneliness. There were moments when I lost my identity because I constantly shaped myself around the expectations, opinions, and acceptance of others. I forgot who I truly was.

Yet, in my darkest season, God met me. Slowly, He began restoring what life had broken. Every difficult chapter became a lesson, every battle became preparation, and every wound became a reminder that healing is possible. That is how Talitha was born.

"Talitha Koum" — Little girl, I say to you, arise. (Mark 5:41)

Talitha Foundation is not just a girls' home. It is a movement to help girls rediscover their identity, rise above their circumstances, and become women of faith, courage, compassion, and leadership.
